Liz Willis uses textile techniques, such as knitting and stitching, to combine natural, manmade and precious materials with yarns and threads. Her current body of work involves silk threads stitched over organic shapes formed of silver or gold wire.

Nigel Carrick’s porcelain pieces are beautifully produced with heavily oxided slips, which expand and become volcanic on firing. This technique organically twists and cracks the tiles and dishes.
