The Wren Room on our second floor hosts regular live performances, ranging from music of all sorts -- jazz, folk, indie, rock, classical -- to stand-up comedy to touring theatre, including children's theatre.
Accessible by lift and equipped with versatile, portable staging, a full sound system and lighting rig, it can accommodate audiences of up to 120 people seated.
For more intimate events, the room can be divided into two.
On nights when there is an adult audience, we have a licensed bar on the same floor.
Live performances also take place from time to time in the Café, which is equipped with a grand piano for musical events. 
The Wren Room is also the venue for some of our courses, others of which are held in the classroom on the same floor.

The entrance to the Arts Centre is in the Arcade, just off Leys Avenue, with stairs or a lift to the first floor.
The Arts Centre and exhibition galleries are open Mondays to Fridays 10.00 am to 5.00 pm; Saturdays 10.00 am to 3.00 pm.
The Arts Cafe is open from Monday to Saturday, 10.00 am to 3.30 pm.
